Refund policy

Because most items are printed on demand and I pay for each item that is printed, I am typically unable to accept returns. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective. 

If you are seeking to return or exchange due to sizing, we have a few options: 

  1. I can offer you a discount code to purchase the same shirt in a different size at the production cost + $1. (The $1 covers the transaction fees on my end.) 
  2. You can then donate the shirt that does not fit to someone in your community or a local UU congregation. 
  3. OR I can offer the shirt that does not fit to our seminarians on the Bee a Buddy waitlist. If it works for one of them, I'll send you a mailing label to forward the shirt to them directly at their expense. (Our Buddies only ever pay shipping for their shirts.)
  4. OR if options 2 or 3 are not feasible, or you do not wish to purchase another shirt, you can mail it to me at your expense to use as a sample and I will send you $10 in store credit. (This can be combined with the production cost + $1 offer as well.)

I understand these policies are not conventional, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Operating this way helps me keep prices low and is part of how I manage my business in line with my UU values. 

I will grant refunds for damaged or defective products, with photographic proof provided. 

All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
